The Best Foie Gras Terrine Ever!

Cold fried chicken, buttermilk-ricotta, tabasco, caviar

Duck
Duck leg, popcorn pudding, kalamansi, lovage

Lamb loin, black garlic, romesco, pickled ramp, dried soybean

Pine-needle-scallops
