- Overlooking gorgeous Granada in Andalucia, these Moorish palaces date from the 11th to 14th centuries. Along with the Generalife gardens, worth more than a day's visit (we took two, and returned later one evening to watch Flamenco in Carlos V's gaudy Renaissance palace).
Guggenheim Collection
- Three summer vacations, three Guggenheims: Venice, New York, Bilbao. The above shot is of Pistachio Curd topped with Coffee Extract (eaten at Martin Berasategui's restaurant in the Guggenheim Bilbao).
