I was so excited to have the Toronto Star publish this picture, my first in a major newspaper (today, A&E section)!
I was so disappointed that they failed to give me credit for the image!  Aw, gee, it's even on the restaurant review page, the perfect spot for a photo by a chef.

Nevertheless, it's been a good month for Visual Palate in the print media, with 6 shots in the current issue of City Bites magazine.

Now it's my turn to give credit.  The hands holding the Israeli couscous belong to my colleague and very patient hand model Kerry Kay.
