1. Food: 3.5 stars (disappointed with 2 out of 5 courses)

3. Service: 4 stars (the waiter told me that Tasmania is part of New
4. Ambiance: 4 stars.

For the amount I paid for the meal, about $150 per person, 5 course
with wine, by the glass, for me (I did the pairing) and a 6 course
tasting menu with wine for my companion, I expect something near perfection, but
it wasn't even close. This does not mean I won't go back there again. I
believe in second chances :-) I just would not go right away. There are
so many other restaurants in Toronto to try."

The best restaurant critics never rely on a single visit for their evaluation. It's a huge challenge for restaurateurs to maintain consistency of food and service.
